Every dish on our menu has been created by the co-owner Chef Regina Hughes. Regina trained at the US's premiere cooking school, the Culinary Institute of America and brings a lifetimes experience of the cuisines of the Americas, Europe & Asia to create new dishes as well as new twists on traditional Welsh dishes that are unique and mouthwatering.

The 1842 Neptune Hotel, built by Burry Port's Dock Builder and Harbour Master William McKiernon, has been modernised and extensively refurbished to provide a fine dining restaurant at the heart of the Coastal and Harbour Park at Burry Port.
